We ask the following of our volunteers:
Have at least 3 hours per week available, or at least 5 hours per week for leadership roles.
Be committed. Our team is remote and we fit the work into our lives, but the key is that we get the work done.
Be in communication. We let our teams know when things come up that may cause a delay or other unexpected outcome.
Be respectful. Our team is incredibly diverse, intentionally. We reflect the world we seek to create.
Be curious and open. Ask questions, share ideas and your experiences.
